Terra Bruce Productions invites self-tape submissions for a touring production of Let’s Dance! The Musical

CASTING:

SOPHIA LEGGIERO: 20-35, Female-identifying. Sophia is a dance teacher at Northumberland High. She grew up in New York City. She is confident and well liked. Strong dance skills required.

ABOUT THE SHOW:

Let’s Dance! is a new musical from Terra Bruce Productions celebrating the greatest pop songs of the early 1960’s. With unforgettable tunes and lots of high- energy dance numbers, Let’s Dance! is a feel-good rock & roll musical for the whole family.

Rehearsal Dates: June 5- July 8, 2023 (St. John’s, Newfoundland)

Performance and Touring Dates: July 8- August 20 (Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Ontario)

TO APPLY:

Please submit a video recording of the following:

• one pop 60’s song OR one up-tempo musical theatre song
• one comedic monologue
• 1 minute clip showcasing your dance ability. This can be anything at all – for example a ballet barre, performance footage, or a run through of some choreography you know.
